Towards the end of 2023 we were looking for someone new to help produce a set of visuals for a project. I was introduced to Taras and his team at Marygold - I’m glad I was! He helped craft a series of images that offered a new approach to visualisations that was surprisingly efficient, effective and extremely successful. What is your core product?

We come from a background in visual design, including CGIs, film, photography, and art direction. While primarily working with real estate developers and gaining a significant amount of trust, we were asked to help with branding, digital design, and promotion. Marygold Agency is a one-stop shop for real estate developers where you can get a comprehensive visual representation of your project. This includes everything from unique brand and landing page design to the creation of visualizations and lifestyle films, as well as SMM management and targeting to maximize visibility and traffic for your projects.

How does the process is looking like?

Each project starts with a briefing and identifying the unique aspects of your project. Step by step, through questioning and identifying the strongest features, we come back with branding and visual design options, guiding you through the representation of your project on multiple platforms. The process is smooth, with a vast amount of sketching in the initial stage, ensuring you have a clear vision of the final result from the very beginning. Book a discovery call and our accountant will guide you through the process or request the presentation on the link in footer.

How much does that cost?

The price varies depending on the type of service you would like to request. Please get in touch and send us a request detailing what you have in mind and the project specifics, and our PM will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

What's the average turnaround time?

It depends on your project size, budget, and requirements, but we can build your branding and landing page together with visuals in as little as one month, if you are struggling with the deadline and have all the necessary data to start with(the finalized project model, the marketing campaign strategy, and all necessary design implementations (documents) that need to be showcased and communicated).

What if I don't like what you made?

Our framework is built on our experience and expertise and includes a thorough briefing before the start. We ensure a smooth process in the early stages so you can have a clear understanding of the final result from the outset. This approach allows you to feel confident that you will get the expected result and make any necessary changes early on. It's all about the workflow!

What are the payment options?

After the kick-off meeting, signing the NDA, and clarifying your needs and the scope of work, we will sign an agreement detailing all the services and terms. We will then send you a deposit invoice and start working together. Once the project is finished, our accountant will send a final invoice, which will be due within 30 days.

I have a very limited budget

As a client-oriented business, we always provide solutions, offering multiple options to fit different budgets.We will quickly guide you through the process, brainstorming together to find the best option for your project.

How does your interactive solution work?

Our interactive solution is a hyperrealistic 360° tour with the smoothest transitions ever. It includes interactive features such as changing the lighting, altering the design, adding hyperlinks to any furniture or design item, embedded videos, and a personalized interface with your branding. Available for mobiles, tablets, and desktops. We simply need your floor plans with design references or a model. Get in touch for more information!

Do you have any options for our Social Medias?

We can create a full marketing strategy for your social media based on photography, 3D rendering content, and reels made of photorealistic 3D animation combined with filmed or stock footage to provide more virality and attention to your projects.

Is your interactive tour works with VR headset?

Currently, we have the expertise to create an interactive tour for mobile, tablet, and desktop only. However, we are working on delivering VR experiences soon.
