Era Residence
ERA Residence is a boutique community of 25 private residences on Estepona's New Golden Mile, Costa del Sol — developed by Swiss Technology S.L. and designed by OCWA Architects with a deeply Mediterranean sensibility. Offering 2–3 bedroom apartments, ground floor units with private basements, and penthouse duplexes with rooftop solariums up to 243 sq m, every residence is crafted around privacy, natural materials, and seamless outdoor living.

When ERA Residence first approached Marygold Studio, the project had potential — but no visual identity to match it. The existing content wasn't converting, there was no cohesive branding, and the renders weren't doing justice to what the development truly offered. In close collaboration with Unreal Estate Group's marketing strategists, we built the project's visual foundation from the ground up — crafting a full branding scheme and design philosophy, marketing renders, website design, and a cinematic brand film that went on to power targeted social media campaigns and drive real sales results.
