1. Ownership of Creative Work
All visual materials created by Marygold Studio LTD, including but not limited to:
- CGI renderings
- animations
- films
- interactive visualizations
- 3D environments
- design assets
remain the intellectual property of Marygold Studio LTD unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. License Granted to Clients
Upon full payment of project fees, clients receive a non-exclusive usage license to use the delivered materials for the specific project and agreed marketing purposes.
Typical permitted uses include:
- project marketing
- real estate presentations
- website and social media promotion
- investor presentations
- advertising campaigns related to the project
3. Restrictions
Clients may not:
- resell the visuals
- use them for unrelated projects
- transfer the license to third parties
- modify the visuals without permission
- use the visuals for AI training or dataset creation
Additional licenses may be negotiated if broader usage is required.
4. Source Files
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Marygold Studio LTD does not provide source files, including:
- 3D scene files
- models
- textures
- production setups
Only final deliverables are included in standard project delivery.
Source files may be licensed separately.
5. Portfolio Rights
Marygold Studio LTD reserves the right to display completed work in:
- portfolio
- website
- marketing materials
- presentations
- social media
If confidentiality is required, this must be agreed prior to project commencement.
