1. Scope of Work

Marygold Studio LTD provides visual communication services for architecture and real estate developments, including but not limited to:

  • Architectural CGI renderings
  • Animation and brand films
  • Interactive 3D experiences
  • Real estate marketing visuals
  • Digital presentations and marketing materials

The exact scope of work will be defined in the proposal or quotation approved by the Client.

Any work not explicitly described in the approved proposal will be considered additional scope and may incur additional fees.

2. Project Workflow

A typical project follows the stages below:

  1. Project briefing and asset collection
  2. Draft / clay render stage
  3. Lighting composition and styling stage
  4. Final visual production
  5. Delivery

Client feedback is expected after each stage to ensure the project progresses efficiently.

Failure to provide feedback within 3–5 business days may affect the project timeline.

3. Revision Policy

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, specified in the proposal.

Typical structure:

  • 2 rounds during draft stage
  • 1 round during final stage

Revisions include:

  • lighting adjustments
  • minor material corrections
  • camera angle adjustments
  • atmosphere tweaks

The following are considered major changes and may require additional fees:

  • changing architectural design
  • changing layout or model
  • new camera angles
  • major design revisions
  • new scenes

Additional revisions are billed based on the Studio’s hourly or project rates.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials before the project begins, including:

  • architectural drawings
  • 3D models (if available)
  • references and mood boards
  • design guidelines
  • project information

Marygold Studio is not responsible for inaccuracies in client-provided materials.

Changes to the design after production has begun may affect pricing and deadlines.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, the payment structure is:

  • 50% advance payment to begin production
  • 50% upon delivery of final materials

For large projects, milestone payments may apply.

Invoices are payable within 7–14 days.

Marygold Studio reserves the right to:

  • suspend work
  • delay delivery
  • withhold final materials

until outstanding invoices are paid.

6. Late Payments

Late payments may incur administrative fees and interest.

If payment delays exceed 30 days, Marygold Studio reserves the right to suspend ongoing work.

7. Intellectual Property

All visuals produced by Marygold Studio remain the intellectual property of the Studio until full payment is received.

After full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive usage license for the agreed project and marketing purposes.

This license includes use for:

  • marketing materials
  • websites
  • presentations
  • social media
  • project promotion

8. Restrictions on Use

The Client may not:

  • resell the visuals to third parties
  • use the visuals for another development
  • modify the visuals without written permission
  • transfer the visuals to another studio for modification

Extended licensing may be negotiated separately.

9. Portfolio Rights

Marygold Studio reserves the right to display completed work in:

  • portfolio
  • website
  • social media
  • marketing presentations

If a project requires confidentiality, this must be agreed before project start.

10. Source Files

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Marygold Studio does not provide source files, including:

  • 3D scenes
  • models
  • textures
  • lighting setups
  • animation files

Deliverables typically include:

  • final images
  • videos
  • agreed export formats

Source files may be licensed separately at an additional cost.

11. Project Cancellation

If the Client cancels a project after work has begun:

  • the deposit is non-refundable
  • completed work will be invoiced

If cancellation occurs after significant progress, additional fees may apply.

12. Limitation of Liability

Marygold Studio produces visuals based on project information provided by the Client.

We are not responsible for:

  • design inaccuracies
  • construction discrepancies
  • planning approvals
  • marketing performance of the project

The Studio’s liability is limited to the total project fee.

13. Force Majeure

Marygold Studio shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters
  • war
  • political instability
  • internet failures
  • infrastructure disruptions

14. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from services provided by Marygold Studio shall be resolved according to applicable jurisdiction and law.

Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal proceedings.
