Brazos Street
Hanover Brazos Street is a 45-story residential high-rise at the southeast corner of East Third and Brazos Streets in downtown Austin. Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB), the tower combines podium-level retail and hospitality with luxury apartments above. Marygold Studio was brought on as the creative partner for branding, CGI, and film production translating SCB's architectural vision into a compelling visual identity for the market.

The Marygold team was invited to collaborate closely with the developer on the iconic Brazos Street project in Austin. The project is a leasing business model condo aimed at premium clients. Developer needed marketing content to launch the lead generation process and attract attention from future tenants. The Marygold team created a set of marketing CGIs, a marketing film, and branding content. Total delivery time: 25 business days.
