1. Ownership of Visual Content
All visual materials created by Marygold Studio LTD, including but not limited to:
- architectural renderings
- animations and films
- interactive visualizations
- 3D environments
- marketing visuals
- concept imagery
are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Marygold Studio LTD retains full ownership of the original creative work.
2. License Granted to Clients
Upon full payment of the agreed project fee, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for the specific project and its associated marketing activities.
Permitted uses typically include:
- project marketing materials
- project websites
- real estate presentations
- investor presentations
- social media promotion
- online and printed advertising
- press releases and media publications related to the project
The license applies only to the specific project for which the visuals were created.
3. Use by Marketing Agencies and Brokers
Marketing agencies, real estate brokers, and media partners working on behalf of the client may use the visuals for project promotion provided that:
- the usage relates directly to the same development project
- the visuals are not altered or reused for other developments
- the visuals are not resold or redistributed as standalone assets
Third-party usage must remain within the scope of the original project license.
4. Restrictions on Usage
Without written permission from Marygold Studio, visual materials may not be:
- used for another development or property project
- resold, licensed, or distributed to third parties
- transferred to another visualization studio for modification
- used to produce derivative visualizations
- included in stock libraries or asset marketplaces
Unauthorized use of visual materials may result in legal action.
5. Modifications
The client may use the delivered materials for marketing purposes but may not significantly alter the visual content without written permission.
This includes:
- major visual edits
- modification of architectural elements
- changes that misrepresent the original design intent
Minor adjustments such as cropping or formatting for marketing layouts are permitted.
6. Source Files and Production Assets
Unless otherwise specified in the agreement, Marygold Studio does not provide source files, including:
- 3D scene files
- models
- textures
- animation setups
- production assets
Only the final rendered materials agreed in the project scope are delivered.
Licensing of source files must be negotiated separately.
7. Credit and Attribution
When feasible, Marygold Studio appreciates attribution for visual materials in editorial publications or design presentations.

Attribution is not mandatory for most marketing uses but is encouraged.
8. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Marygold Studio reserves the right to use completed visual materials in:
- portfolio presentations
- website and social media
- marketing materials
- industry publications
- conference presentations
If a project requires confidentiality, this must be agreed prior to project commencement.
9. Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized use of Marygold Studio visual materials may result in:
- license termination
- compensation claims
- legal enforcement under applicable copyright law
Marygold Studio actively monitors misuse of its intellectual property.
